STEPHEN JACOBS (Composer, Score) is a guitarist, bassist, and composer based in New York. Stephen’s diverse musical footprint ranges from classical guitar recitals at The State Theater of NJ, City Winery, and Wildflower Farms, to tearing it up as the lead guitarist for Beatles jam-tribute Tonight On Trampoline and playing bass for the soul/funk band Vinyl Biscuit.
Alongside fellow Great Clown Bank Show composer Michael Messer and younger brother Adam Jacobs, Stephen co-created The Dirty Sock Funtime Band, becoming Nick Jr. mainstays and voted "Best Kids Band in NY" by Time Out New York. He has shared this passion with hundreds of students through private instruction, his program Come Join the Band, and the arts education non-profit Kids Creative.
Stephen has been creating art with his brother Hank since Delicious Vaudeville in NYC, and he couldn't be more excited for this next chapter.
